When will I receive my order?

Bronze Doll ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed. Shipping/delivery can take up to 3-4 business days  depending on the carrier. Please track you order if you have any questions about delivery once your order has shipped.

Can I return or exchange my items?

We have a 14-day return policy on all regular price items, which means you have 14 days total after receiving your item to request a return. Requests must been written. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only. 
 ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
